My coaching takes place online via Zoom, Skype, or similar channels. This just makes it so much easier to arrange a meeting. Nevertheless, if you prefer we can also meet in person.

Coaching Program

Coaching can foster a sustainable change and improvement. This is because coaching helps to analyze and understand the situation you’re in, and to get “out of the loop” and see things anew. It also helps to develop plans for action and for breaking old habits.

So how does all of this work?

Coaching is done mainly in our sessions. Therein we meet and discuss, ask questions, come up with solutions, and assess our successes. The sessions last about an hour each and should be held regularly, for instance every two weeks.

We usually complement our sessions with some homework, that is, things you can and should try out on your own. Depending on your schedule, coaching requires between one and two hours of your time per week.

Our collaboration starts with a brief first meeting, which is always for free. The meeting is not a sales pitch and there are no strings attached. It is just for us so that we can get to know each other and have a first discussion about your concern and the goals we should aim for.

Blitz Coaching

Sometimes a full-blown coaching program is not necessary. Maybe you just need to bounce off an idea, get an outside perspective, test an idea, or receive a quick boost.

Blitz coaching is a spontaneous and condensed coaching session. Let’s meet, discuss, and wrap-it up in an hour or less. Blitz coaching does not replace a regular program, but is great if you want input or feedback right away.

Pro Bono Coaching

I also offer pro bono coaching. If you represent a not-for profit cause or organization, or cannot afford regular coaching, just let me know. We will figure something out.
